Dr. Joyce is a writer, trainer, author, and mentor. She is Internationally known for originating and developing the First International Home Study Mentoring Certification Program for Image Consultants, Worldwide, with clients in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, The Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Joyce M. Knudsen, Ph.D. was the first consultant to be awarded Certified Image Master (AICI CIM) in July, 2000 from The Association of Image Consultants, International, The Premier Association for Image Consultants, Worldwide. She holds the coveted distinction of earning the IMMIE (Image Makers Merit of Industry Excellence) award 2001, the most prestigious award in the Image Industry, for Excellence in the Image Profession and The Award of Excellence for Education in 2004.
Joyce has been featured in USA Today, Insight Magazine, Glamour Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, The South China Morning Press, Florida Today, and Women's World. You can hear Dr. Joyce live on her own radio show called "The ImageMaker Presents" the first image radio production of its kind and she hosted her own television program of the same name. She has been chosen out of all image consultants in the world to be the VIP Guest at the 2nd Annual Pacific American Pageant for Chinese Americans. |

Sangeeta Sindhi Bahl, Founder and Director of Impact Image Consultants, is a former airline professional, model, actress and now an image, etiquette and color consultant for both men and women. She is based in Gurgaon, India. In 2006, using her MBA business acumen and 24 years of international airline industry experience, she graduated from Image Maker Inc., founded by Dr. Joyce Knudsen, AICI CIM, completed her color training at Universal Color System in Australia, and trained in bridal, airbrush, fashion and ramp makeup at Kryolan Mephisto Makeup Academy in Germany.
Sangeeta is the first AICI Certified Image Consultant in India. Having worked extensively with Emirates, Thai International and Royal Jordanian airlines, and accustomed to dealing with royalty and international celebrities, etiquette and protocol are second nature to Sangeeta.
She customizes and creatively designs seminars and in-house presentations for both companies and individual clients. Her vivacious personality and practical, dynamic approach have helped clients discover and develop their own sense of identity and style with color, personality and lifestyle.
